I started House Strategy shortly after completing a decade-long leadership role at a global clinical and commercial organization. There, I watched work change for myself and for my clients. Meeting schedules became more punishing; inboxes and Teams messages more overwhelming; deadlines for impact more immediate.
The need for curiosity and creativity was through the roof. But the time for attention to it was dwindling.
I saw my clients in need of a new way of work. One that gave them focused time to build strategy together and the actionable blueprints and customer validation to rapidly realize it. That new way starts here.

At House we are equally fascinated with what people do (data) and why they do it (behavioral science). That curious mindset has helped us build a growing list of House Rules on the most effective ways to build brand growth, strong teams, and more valuable service to patients and professionals.

As brand leaders, we hire smart people with deep experience and meaningful understandings of our customers. But when we need insight, we tend to forget to look inside first.
Durable, impactful strategy is founded in listening. It builds on what your team already knows, nimbly collecting ideas, hypotheses and experience. It validates and challenges that thinking with research and data. It convenes critical stakeholders to efficiently define key elements of strategy. And then builds a strategic blueprint with a bias for action and a focus on accountability.
