With a name like Householder you would think a lot of people would have called me House over the years. But really only my first boss in healthcare did. I assume it's because House could be considered a tough name for a woman to be known by, but I love House. You never bet against it. You can always order it and know you'll be getting the restaurant's easy-to-enjoy favorite. Once built, it's a place that adds order and structure to our lives.
After years of working for large agencies, commercial organizations and CROs, Leigh is finally in the House. I can't wait to work with you.
I work independently, but not alone. I have mutual NDAs, trusted relationships, and mad respect with two other strategic consultants (both healthcare commercial leaders in their own right), leading creative directors who work across mediums to create unforgettable images and experiences, and several outstanding content creators, across the spectrum of conceptual ideas to segmented content mapping. Through strategic alliances and internal innovation, I spearheaded initiatives that seamlessly integrated cutting-edge technologies into clinical endeavors, fostering confidence and accelerating strategic objectives.
I also previously served as the EVP of Innovation and Insight at Syneos Health Communications, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare engagement and communications by identifying actionable trends and co-creating innovative programs. My focus on removing friction from customer experiences and leveraging behavioral science principles enhanced stakeholder engagement, fostering resilience and motivation within global teams. Through workshops and events, I empowered commercial and clinical teams to adapt to evolving stakeholder expectations, driving confidence in innovation.
